how you transfer pictures between the delve and the computer

   1.  While on the stand by screen, Tap Menu
   2. Tap Multimedia
   3. Tap My Images or My Videos
   4. Tap the Picture or Video to be transferred
   5. Tap More
   6. Tap Move or Copy To Card
   7. Tap Yes
   8. Remove Memory Card
   9. Place the Memory Card into a memory card reader
  10. Navigate to the My Images folder or My Videos
  11. Copy the files to the designated folder on the PC

You may need a memory card reader and adapter to use this example.
   

Thanks for that info that's good to know we can do it that way also.

I don't have a media card reader, and plugging the cord that came with the phone only charges it (on my computer). Is it used as a data cable as well? Because when I first plug them in togther, it asks me to install something, which I try to do, which fails.
Either way I haven't been able to upload my photos and having been trying all morning. My phone doesn't say anything like "use phone as a "mass storage device" " either.
Further help would be greatly appreciated!
