Increase Your Signal Strength Hack

Hey,
I know this is an old thread, but I'm having a little trouble. I downloaded QPST and installed it (I'm running Windows 7 in compatibility mode, I have an Alltel Delve). I set Configuration to the correct port and put the phone in Modem instead of Mass Storage. My computer recognizes the phone, but I cannot "Read from phone", and Samsung PC Studio won't recognize the phone. (the phone charges, though). If you could help I'd appreciate it!
