Just got my delve yesterday and gotta say i'm lovin it.  I've already browsed the site quite a bit and i'm actually using my delve as a modem to type this lol.  I'm a U.S. cellular customer and we have one of thier aircards for internet but i think this phone is faster...

I did do the signal strenght hack also and seems to be workin fairly well.
