Skinning?

anyone considering doing a little string file research? skinning the phone making it look cooler? id love black menus with white text, hacks need to be discovered on this phone!    

well, i know programs like bitpim are used to access your phones string files, string files are what makes up the firmware of any device. Altering strings can change appearance and function, the tricky part is finding and manipulating these strings. orr...if we could just find the images by exploring the phones firmware, we can write over the original ui skin
