Ok, so after a few days of trying everything in my knowledge and three phone calls to tech support, I figured it out. Regardless what Samsung and others are saying, I have not been able to get one single .mp4 file to play on my Delve. Again, (.mp4) files DO NOT WORK. I have tried at least ten different movies and all of them come up with "Unsupported Video File" message. I used AVS Converter to convert the videos and movies to (.3gp) format and used a custom resolution setting of 400x240, which is the factory res. size for the Delve. Now all the videos work in full screen and are in sync, but being that the resolution is so small now, it almost makes the movies unwatchable. I know it may sound like a preference issue, but you guys should try it out and see first hand what I mean. I stand by this solution 100%. It does work. I'm not sure how "AERTI" made an (.mp4) work when the phone just flat out doesn't support those files. Samsung dropped the ball on this one big time. I notified them about the issues and was told that I am indeed correct about this.

You can go to www.downloads.com and download the free " any video converter" to your pc. I convert using the custom mp4 format. The size is 320x 240. While playing movie on full screen, hit the expand on the right of the screen for wide view. I also use a card reader instead going direct to phone.
