My apologies... that 3.2 was there by mistake. I'll let the boss know to get it fixed.  And no, there isn't any flash, unless I'm being a complete idiot and just haven't found it...

From what I can tell, you are referring to upgrading from 1X to EV-DO... I don't know if you're using Alltel or US Cellular, but for US Cellular all you had to do was do a "*228" and then just let the phone go until it was done and restarted.  No NAM settings need, (or should, from what I understand), be changed.

And I'm sorry to here you would've been without a phone for that long... It's odd because my US Cellular local stores, (yes I said plural so it's not just one source I'm talking about), will first give you a loaner phone and second had one really awesome expert in regards to the phones and networking.  When I didn't know how to upgrade my phone, I took it into the US Cellular about three blocks from my work and it took the guy a matter of seconds to do it.  Then I went back again for the Delve because there was a bug in my "Your Navigator" program, they swapped me Delve phones right then and there... took no more than 15 minutes.

So it seems you're either not having a good experience, or I'm having a lot of luck.  If you have any questions, I could probably give you the email to my favorite guy who knows what he is talking about, especially when it comes to the Delve.
